Shipment costs are based on weight, ground UPS. Occasionally we will ship USPS or other common carrier at our decision based on the order details. We ship internationally with some exceptions, see below concerning possible customs duty or import taxes, select worldwide UPS in the shopping cart. Free shipping offers are for the 48 continuous states only.
For all 2nd day or next day orders placed after 1pm EST, contact us at email@example.com to determine if your order may ship that day. Orders placed after 1pm may not ship till the next day.
If there was shipping damage to your order please let the driver know at time of delivery. We package your items with the utmost care but the handling of the packages once they leave our facility is beyond our control. We can assist with your claim if you have issues with the shipping company.
Return and Exchange Policies:
We accept returns with the exceptions listed here and there is a 15% restocking fee.
A return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt and the item must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
Any opened item, bird carrier, special order, clothing, harness, books/cd's/DVD's, cage, cage cover or playstand will not be returnable.
Please CONTACT US for an RMA number (firstname.lastname@example.org) and the return shipping address. Any item returned without an RMA included in the return address will not be accepted and there might be return postage costs due.
We encourage you to send back merchandise with delv. confirmation/tracking, we can not be responsible for lost merchandise.
Any item returned purchased with a free shipping offer will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. Special orders, are not returnable/refundable. Orders that qualified for a discount based on order total will have the discount deducted if it makes the remaining balance invalid for the discount.
Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired. Please contact us to determine if the product needs to be returned prior to exchange.Special Orders:
Special order items are non returnable and payment is required at time of purchase. Most special items require additional handling time as indicated on the product item page.Back Orders:
We will, at our decision, offer back orders on any item out of stock if we are able to estimate delivery to us. Payment will be collected at time of back order acceptance from you. Back orders are refundable up to the time of shipment, after shipment refunds are as detailed above.
