Shipment costs are based on weight, ground UPS. Occasionally we will ship USPS. We will ship internationally, please contact us. Orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday through Friday.

Return and Exchange Policies: Due to the health concerns of our customers pets, we will not be able to accept any returns. If there was shipping damage to your order please let the driver know at time of delivery. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired. Please call for an RMA number for defective merchandise so that we may correct the issue.

Liability: We will not be held liable for any use, misuse, or other incidents that may arise as the direct result from using the products you purchase from our web site.
